How Do You Know If It Is Time For Change

Change is not comforted with statement “just hang in there” but with the statement “you can make it”.

Every day you wake up, do same things and it doesn’t feel good. Have you had similar feelings in past? You feel tired, no hope, no exit. Everybody has some routine that we follow (work, relationship…). I understand that feeling, sitting and thinking what you can change because you want to feel differently.

There are 2 factors that keep us away from change. First is that there is always bigger fear of loss than hope for gain. And second is that everybody around you will discourage you. Remember you take responsibility for yourself. People around you don’t know your situation. So the right answer you look for is inside of you. Don’t search outside. So question is how do you know that situation you are in is the right one? Ask yourself if your values are aligned with where you are? Work and life are great and you should feel like that. The feelings you have from work and life show you if you need to something change.

Don’t forget every time you can make change. Change can be good or bad, depend on what you see in there. We need to recognize change and evaluate impact on us. Unfortunately change is always hard, regardless who you are but it is necessary for growth. I think that change is needed when all practices of the past no longer work. I admit change is at first awkward but change push you to your personal best.

The most important question is how do you know that NOW is time for change? You know you are ready for change when you become committed, when there is something more important than keeping things as they are.

Always look at change with faith, belief and hope. So what would you like to change? Do not forget:"you can make it!"
